Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair Refund Assurance

We prioritize client satisfaction by offering a free sample of our work before starting any project, allowing clients to evaluate our design and approach. Refunds are handled fairly and transparently.

For fixed-price projects, if the client decides not to proceed within 2 days of starting or during the initial phase, a full refund of the initial payment will be issued upon notification.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of the request, and the credited amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within the specified time.

For hourly projects, if the client is dissatisfied within the first 4-5 hours, we will remove the logged hours from Upwork or any other tracker, ensuring no charges are applied.

In cases where a client wishes to discontinue part of the project mid-way, the refund will be calculated based on the uncompleted scope. For example, if the project involves designing 50 mobile app screens, and the payment for the entire project has been made while the remaining 20 are no longer required, we will refund the payment corresponding to the 20 unfinished screens. This ensures that the client is not charged for work that will not be delivered.
